Release of Sequence Optimization API V1.5.5 – Results independent from IDs
The new version V1.5.5 of the PTV Developer Sequence Optimization API is now available!
Formerly the plan results could have been influenced by the choice of location or transport IDs.
Now the plan results stay the same whatever IDs you choose.

Traffic along the route?
Some time ago we introduced traffic events chronologically along the route in the event list. In the new version of the PTV Developer Routing API V1.16.0 we also provide the polylines of the affected route parts by using the new parameter ‘TRAFFIC_EVENTS_POLYLINE’. Routing API: Extension of Truck Routes in Australia and New Zealand
The Routing API V1.15.0 now supports the following extension of truck routes in Australia and New Zealand:
- Network for high productivity motor vehicles (HPMV)
- B-double routes – including routes for B-double vehicles operating at higher mass limits (HML)
- B-triple routes – including routes for B-triple vehicles operating at higher mass limits (HML)
- AB-triple routes – including routes for AB-triple vehicles operating at higher mass limits (HML)

New data for the EWS Road Distance API
The EWS (“Entfernungswerk Strasse”) mainly consists of precalculated truck distances to quickly access them for different use cases like invoice auditing. Up to now, we provided data versions for the years 2017 to 2022.
