In the new version of the PTV Developer Routing API V1.5.0 we now offer the long-awaited consideration of driver’s working hours for EU and USA including service times and opening intervals.
More details to this topic are available in the corresponding concept Driving Time Regulations. Please note that the service times and especially the opening intervals at every waypoint could be too much information for a GET method. So we added to our API the new POST method ‘calculateRoutePost’ for this feature. Of course, all other features from the presently GET method ‘calculateRoute’ are included.
